This time I had a go at Lamb and Beef Kebabs, plus a couple of Tuscan Pork sausages.
The sausages didn't work out too well as they bloated up at the engraved points one cooking started. The lamb and beef turned out well though! Just as I expected since I've found beef steak to be very easy to engrave on.
